All items sold on this website have a 30 day return policy starting from the day you receive the item. Return shipping costs are to be paid by buyer.

All returns must come in original packaging and include all items shipped to the buyer.

How long after a purchase can a customer request a return & refund?

Customers have thirty days from the day which they receive the shipment to request a return for a refund.

How long does it take for a credit to show up on my account?

Once a refund has been processed it will take up to one week for the credit to show up on your account.

Method of refund

You will be refunded to the same method of payment that was made to the original transaction. For example, if you paid with PayPal, your refund will be issued to your PayPal account. 

Product Condition

The product returned must be in original and re-sellable condition. Packages with missing items or boxes, user manuals will not be accepted. 

How to request a refund

If you wish to request a refund please email us at info@houseofhearing.ca, include your order number and reason for return. We will contact you within 1-2 business days with instructions.

Return Charges

US & Canadian customers will be provided a return label, there is not cost for the return.

International customers will have to pay for return shipping.
