All Access Directionality

The new ONE hearing aid features three microphones in total, two on the hearing aid and one in the receiver. It combines data from all three microphones to better determine direction and depth of sound. 

The new feature called All Access Directionality auto adjusts so that the hearing aid user can focus in on the sounds that matter. This is particularly useful in noisy environments.

In the Resound Smartphone App users can now also activate and manually adjust Ultra Focus to direct sound focus on demand.

What is included with my purchase?

With your purchase  you will receive two rechargeable hearing aids (your choice of colour), one charging case, cleaning tools, assortment of domes, filters, a three year manufacturer warranty, and a two year loss & damage insurance ($385 CAD deductible). 

Where do you ship to and how long is delivery

We ship to US, Canada, & Europe.

Shipping to North America takes 1-4 business days.

Shipping to Europe takes 2-5 business days. 

Can my local audiologist program these hearing aids?

Yes these are ordered directly from the manufacturer and will be registered under your name. 

Any clinic that services this brand of hearing aids will be able to adjust them for you. 

Can my local audiologist send these for repair?

Yes, these devices can be sent by your local hearing clinic to the manufacturer for repairs. You may also send them back to us and will have them sent to the manufacturer for repairs. 

For clients outside of Canada, the manufacturer will only service these at no cost for one year. Your local hearing clinic will likely charge a fee to service these for you, which is why we recommend you contact us for any servicing.

How do I qualify for financing?

Financing is currently only available for Canadians.

To qualify you must first call us and we will initiate the financing request for you. 

What if i lose or damage my hearing aids beyond repair?

You are covered under the loss & damage insurance policy for two years. There is a deductible of $385 CAD for each device, and it is honored only once for each ear. 

What if these hearing aids are not the right fit for me?

You have thirty days to try these devices and determine whether they work for you.

If you wish to return them you are welcome to do so, no questions asked.

Does my insurance cover the cost?

It depends on your insurance policy and coverage. Please contact your insurance company for more details. 

Hearing aids have to be paid in full, after which you will receive an invoice showing full payment and a zero balance. This is what you must submit to your insurance company. 

What colour should I choose?

These devices are really small and barely noticeable. However for further aesthetic purposes we recommend that you try to match the colour of the hearing aids to the colour of your hair or skin tone. 

 

Will I struggle if I'm not good with technology?

We have fit these devices to plenty of non-tech clients. You do not need to be tech-savvy to get the most out of these devices. 

 

Is shipping included?

Yes, shipping is included in the price of the hearing aids within North America & Europe.

How do repairs work?

We will send you a return label and you drop off the package at your nearest post office. Once repaired will ship it back to you.

What do I need before placing the order?

You must have a valid hearing test report completed in the last 12 months.

Will my hearing aids come pre-programmed?

Your set of hearing aids will be customized to your hearing test results for better out-of-the-box experience. 

In-Clinic Services

If you live in and around Toronto, you will have access to all of our facilities for any of your follow-up care appointments. Need to have a new hearing test? No problem, simply call the nearest location and we will promptly schedule you in for your appointment. 

Not able to travel to one of our clinics? No problem! With Remote Audiology, a service introduced in 2020, we now offer a complete set of services remotely through your smartphone app.
